For the forthcoming international competitions in alpine skiing referred in Soldeu, was started the modernization and extension of the sports facilities and accommodations.

in particular it has been designed a massive coverage of the Riu Valira d’Orient which, being in fact an extension of the final section of the slopes, will grant direct access to ski down the departure of the main lifts and the hotel facilities located on the opposite bank of the River.
The supporting structures of that platform are based on a number of easels made with Jet Grouting columns Ø 1000 mm armed with steel pipes Ø 139.7 mm thickness 12.5 mm; the columns have variable inclination from 0° to 15°, and length from 20 to over 45 m through various kind of soil, gravel, sand and gravel surface coatings, fractured rock.
Executed Jet Grouting parameters continuous monitoring, through real-time data collection and registration PRS3 system; preliminary test field, with visual control of the treatments carried out and withdrawal of samples for laboratory analysis.
