Jet Grouting will be extensively used on the project to provide ground stabilization and groundwater control during the excavation of shafts and at the break-in zone of TBM. Jet grouting will be performed at the following locations of shafts:
CMI2-1.1, CMI2-2.9, CMI2-2.10, OC9.1.1, OC10.1.2, DCBC-1, DCBC-4 and DOCK SUR
All jet grouting treatments on the Project will be installed using a triple-fluid (air, water and grout) technology, using a bottom-up installation procedure.
Column diameter 6.55ft (2m) ÷ 9.85ft (3m). A total of approximately 340 PS3 Jet Grouting columns was required, up to 141ft (43m) depth.
Continuous monitoring of Jet Grouting parameters using PRS3 real time data collection system. Vertical measurement at each grout column.
Preliminary verification and field test.
